Universal Choice begins with the 2026-2027 school year. Every St. Pius X Student, regardless of family income, is eligible to receive the Choice Scholarship.
The Indiana General Assembly established the Indiana Choice Scholarship Program, also known as the “voucher” program, which provides scholarships to Indiana students to offset tuition costs at participating non-public schools. St. Pius X is a participating Indiana Choice Scholarship school.
Starting with the 2026-27 school year, every St. Pius X student is eligible to receive a Choice Scholarship. This is commonly referred to as “Universal Choice”. There is no longer an income eligibility requirement. The award amount of the Choice Scholarship is based on the public school corporation in which the student lives.
